Elisa Bardoni

    UPP+ER

UPP+ER is a Milan-based creative studio that connects young fashion designers with local production districts and the global design industry through workshops, exhibitions and hands-on experiences, in partnership with La Scuola dei Quartieri / Comune di Milano.

Within the project, I work as applied anthropologist and social researcher focusing on social impact and storytelling. My role includes needs analysis, field research and qualitative insights to support project design, grant writing and stakeholder engagement. I contribute to community and stakeholder mapping, documenting project processes and developing narratives to communicate its social and cultural value.

      TRAME

TRAME is a hands-on training program that blends artistic, technical and social education in fashion. The project was developed with the Comune di Milano, in collaboration with the Fondazione di Comunità di Milano and brought together a wide network of cultural and industry partners including Fondazione Sozzani, NABA and other organisations working across fashion, education and cultural production.

Within the project, I worked on copywriting and content writing, social media and communication strategy and stakeholder relations, contributing to shaping the narrative voice of the program and supporting its communication across partners and channels.

        Ronin

Ronin is a platform dedicated to long-term reportage, photojournalism, documentary and commercial photography.

Between 2023 and 2024, I worked on shaping the platform’s tone-of-voice and visual identity across digital and communication materials. The goal was to create a cohesive and contemporary presence able to balance reportage depth, refined aesthetics and a commercial dimension.

I worked as copywriter, content writer and editor contributing to the development of the creative and social strategy and to the creation of SoundR(ON)IN mixed-media content. I also supported the production of texts, translations and materials for pitches and exhibitions.

          Ermenegildo Zegna

Junior Media Planner working across print, digital and OOH channels, coordinating corporate teams, external agencies and suppliers.

I supported media planning activities across international markets directly managed by HQ, covering negotiation, media buying, implementation, invoicing and post-campaign analysis, working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders. I contributed to media budgeting and supervised planning activities in non-HQ managed markets (APAC, EEMEA). I coordinated the production of materials for print and OOH campaigns, and managed content production for the Eyewear digital native project in collaboration with GQ Magazine.

            Gucci

Advertising assistant supporting paid social, native, display and offline advertising operations across the EMEAIR region.

I managed Facebook and Instagram paid social campaigns, handling setup processes and daily coordination with the digital marketing agency to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery. I also supported native and display advertising operations through the creation of product feeds, shoppable galleries and coordination of campaign assets.

I managed the production workflow for print and OOH materials and provided operational support across media plans, creative rotations and voucher checks.
